Community Benefits

Our Process

Our approach to community engagement is rooted in transparency, collaboration, and service to the residents we serve. We begin by identifying and partnering with stakeholders who have ties to the neighborhood—individuals and organizations who understand its history, culture, and unique needs. Through open dialogue, we actively listen to residents' priorities and address council members' concerns, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. By fostering genuine partnerships and maintaining clear, ongoing communication throughout the development process, we create a collaborative environment where the community plays an integral role in shaping its own future.

Educational

We are dedicated to partnering with educational non-profits to bring school-related programs directly on-site for residents. In collaboration with financial partners, we will provide financial literacy workshops that equip residents with the tools and knowledge to build long-term economic stability.

Medical

We are committed to partnering with a community health clinic to ensure residents have access to affordable, quality healthcare services. Through health and wellness providers, we will deliver quarterly workshops that empower residents to prioritize their health and well-being.

Enriching

Enriching the next generation is at the heart of our mission. We are committed to partnering with youth center organizations to provide comprehensive after-school programming, including mentoring, youth enrichment activities, and academic support that empowers young residents to reach their full potential.
